@helenS If you are the only store that sells food to people, and you deny all service to unvaccinated people, and those people die from starvation, that's messed up in my opinion.

My question was simply whether a person I don't want in my shop could call the police, and could the police force me to let them in, and to sell them stuff?

@helenS It's a difficult situation. It is your shop, you have the right to refuse or allow who you wish. No shirt, no shoes, no service.

However, if you tell a person they can't be there and they call the cops, you've already told them no entry, technically the cop would tell them they are trespassing at that point.

And no the cops shouldn't be able to force you to sell stuff.
