Kamala Harris WILL be the first female POTUS..

Biden has already said he will only serve one term. Therefore, he will step down, probably in late 2023 sometime, and hand the reins to Harris so she can campaign as the incumbent.

Even if she is defeated at the election, she will still have been the first female president :)
