[big]WRONG!!![/big]
For a while, the "Cyber Ninjas" were scanning the 2.1 million ballots for “counterfeits” by using an unproven process created by a failed inventor.
That technology, developed by Jovan Pulitzer, a favorite of election fraud conspiracy theorists, who claims to have invented technology that can detect fraudulent ballots by examining the folds in the paper and the markings in various elections.
The "Cyber Ninjas" abandoned the failed Jovan Pulitzer process, and there's no evidence they scanned every ballot with his methodology. Notice how they didn't report how much bamboo was in the paper either? Failed inventor, untested methods, abandoned process, empty claims.
And your next conspiracy theory, Bullwick??
