The Filibuster is part of a netwrk of interlocking systems that was decided to make real change almost impossible from the time of the Creation of the United States. Not that there has been anything wrong with that most times. But now when the rest of the world is having to respond to massive change in a number of areas, it is this "Stability" in the system that is allowing American to fall behind.😷
