Does he think he trumps the federal government?

This is a man so bent on personal power that rather than protecting the citizens of his state, a sacred duty he swore an oath to fulfill, he's actually spent the last six or seven months trying to punish them for attempting to do the right thing. All this in the face of evidence that shows he has clearly been wrong about covid all along.

If this man avoids implosion, he could well be the top runner for the 2024 election. Forewarned is fair warned.
