Is Biden nuts? Climate change not a partisan issue?

Does anyone anywhere think that Republicans would allow us to interfere with their corporate climate destruction project?
Or that Democrats would waste any effort in any attempt to fight them at all?

Can you provide any evidence of man made climate change and then any evidence that the solutions proposed will help eliminate said change. Oh and while you are at it could you define what is the ideal climate we are aiming for? It gets a bit cold here in January can we bump up the temp say 15-20 degrees C? -40 is a bit hard on the bare hands. Thank you and carry on with your insane tribalism and blame game. We are all enjoying it.
