In depressed rural Kentucky, worries are mounting over Medicaid cutbacks. In the county they cover in this story, Clay county, 60% of the residents are on Medicaid. 86.6% voted for Trump.

It's about JOBS. Hillary said she wanted to put the coal miners out of business. Coal is big in West Virginia and Kentucky.
Besides, America needs to create jobs. the Labor Participation Rate is at 30 year lows. We need lower taxes and less regulation to stimulate the economy.
No one is going to have their hands and dispose millions from Medicare. But jobs are needed and that is why these people voted for Trump.
@RootinTootinHighFalutin: How do you think jobs get created? they are created by the private sector. It's the public sector's duty to provide an environment for the private sector to flourish.
there's a lot more going in in Kentucky than you think. Don't be dismissive of them.
@hunkalove: Less than 11% of American workers are in a union. the majority of of unionized workers are in government unions. the days where unions are required to provide decent paying jobs are over.
Besides, Kentucky has a large energy industry. It's been killed by the Left through regulation. there are plenty of good jobs if the government would left them flourish.
@RootinTootinHighFalutin: Obama is to blame for the anemic economic growth we've had. This is the worst recovery since WWII. We haven't had even normal amounts of growth.
@RootinTootinHighFalutin: By the way. i won't block you. Do you have the courage to not block me or do you need a Safe Space with coloring books and grief counselors?
@RootinTootinHighFalutin: I have yet to hear an original thought from you. And as typical of the Left when bereft of rational argument and facts they resort to name calling and insults.

Yes but its the also the worst recession that you have had since 1930. And the only reason that recovery was better back then was because their was even more state intervention under the new deal.
In addition, the rest of the developed world has recovered even slower, if at all. Europe cut MUCH more than America, destroyed aggregate demand and saw their economies stay in a negative cycle. Obama (for all his flaws) introduced a large stimulus package which kick-started the US economy.
Personally I am more in favour of direct infrastructure investment rather than quantitative easing but the economy recovered much better than under a Republican administration.
Everything i've said is well documented. the economic principals I mention are well established.
No. It really isn't.
You haven't even articulated an argument beyond left = evil, free-market = awesome and disagree = idiot. Have you ever even read any economics? There is no evidence in your post and you use no comparative examples. I'm not sure you actually even understand basic economic terminology.
For example; What is aggregate demand and how can it be relevant during a recovery?
