The US raised travel health notice for Israel, as serious Covid cases doubled in a week.
I don't know where you came up with the Aug 9 lockdown. No lockdown was announced.
However, only people who are deemed immune to Covid-19, or have recently tested negative, will be allowed to enter some public spaces such as restaurants, gyms and synagogues.
It's the smart thing to do, as Orthodox group keep pushing Covid numbers up, over and over. Time to put an end to it.
