Biden’s “dementia”

He’s doing it on purpose. When Biden makes a “gaffe,” this leads to discussion of “what he really meant,” keeping the statement in the news for a while until he or his staff issues a correction. Since these statements aren’t affecting his popularity (it’s been in the low 50s continuously), he’s going to keep doing it. His apparent “dementia” is definitely scripted.

I dont think he has dementia, I do think he has what many people his age have, some worse than others. Anyone with elderly parents or friends have seen it. He is fine when he's on a script and following notes but not when he has to answer off the cuff.

@FreeSpirit1 I - and the country - have seen him gaffe, but also give lengthy and heartfelt speeches right off the cuff.
FreeSpirit1 · 51-55, F
@Graylight Half the Country think hes fine, as usual.

@FreeSpirit1 Explain how he's not.

@Graylight Whatever I say will not convince you he is in decline. If you think he's fine then you think he's fine, we will have to agree to disagree
@FreeSpirit1 He’s definitely in better shape than Tump, but still nice Trump’s fans let him get away with anything, it doesn’t matter.

@LeopoldBloom The question was about Biden
You can discuss him without bringing up Trump you know.

@FreeSpirit1 Okay, let's talk about Biden. Here's a stairs report on his work.

As for his unscripted speech, here's one of many examples:

See, this is what we called evidence and concrete information.

@Graylight If I put links up supporting my opinion will it change yours?
Graylight · 51-55, F
@FreeSpirit1 I offered perspective. And yes, as a body of evidence grows, opinions change. Is how science works, which is why it's so difficult for anti-vaxxers.

But please find incidents that are examples of dementia. Not word gaffes, not compensating from a stutter. Speeches that show clear mental deterioratiin. Here I'll provide an example:
