Since I am an American I Just wanted to come straight out and say this because it's so controversial in the united stats and people are not used to it but I think it's a nice tradition to help normalize.
I never really did agree with the idea that you should never speak ill of the dead, it wasn't ever a moral I ascribed to, I thought it was really fucking stupid and honestly remembering the dead as if they were some kind of hero kind of just prevented us from earning from their mistakes and not repeating them.
Which is why I wanted to tell you all were I in Britain when this was going on I would be proud to be caught on camera at that protest and wish i was there, sincerely, truthfully and with everything in me.
