Picture is weird, but that looks like her. One thing for sure, she's covered from head to toe in tattoos. His daughter fled to the USA 14 years after her father's death, and started a family in the US. You're looking at Olga Peters one of the offspring. Her antique shop used to be a minor tourist attraction in Portland. The weapon in this pic looks out of proportion with the rest of her.
