Aren't the two political parties, the Democrats and Republicans together, an anti-competitive monopoly?

Will the Biden government be brave enough to apply the Sherman Anti trust Act , instead of looking the other way?
Shouldn't other parties besides the two Great Winners be allowed to compete?
Does Biden have anything to lose, at his age?

1. The Anti-trust Act regulates commercial entities, not political ones.
2. Any first-past-the-post electoral system will eventually condense into two parties given enough time.

@OggggO the government controls commerce, the two parties are lucrative corporations.
