I hope he recovers well and he's able to cover his medical expenses. I don't believe in wishing people harm specifically because they're liberal or conservative, though I can see some spiteful people wishing harm on someone just for politics. Sad though.

I wish him well again.

@SatanBurger i think you completely missed the point here
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@Milkshake No, it was intentional on my end, EVERY person's response on here is focused on "Trump supporter getting what he deserves" kind of comment. I didn't want to join in that kind of negativity.

For the fact you didn't confront any of these comments but you confront mine says the real reason you posted this. Regardless of what someone believes, one shouldn't delight in someone else's problems lest it be you that it happens to.

@SatanBurger yeah you still missing it... noone here is happy he got hurt... but its the irony that someone who opposes free healthcare end up having to sell his precious for it
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@Milkshake I've been to free healthcare hospitals, it looked like an insane asylum. I went for bronchitis and had to wait about 9 hours just to be seen, this was a totally free hospital. In other countries, the wait times are crazy. I dare you go and research BOTH sides to the debate, every pro has a con, what are the cons? You're just making it out to be seen as roses, sorry but nothing is free, there's ALWAYS someone else affected by it and there's always people who don't benefit from your decisions.

That's the problem with you people, lacking empathy for someone else despite not knowing both sides to an issue and wishing them harm because YOU believe you're right or just because YOU will specifically benefit from it while having a total disregard to anyone else's experience.

@SatanBurger yeah if by other countries you mean places like somalia you might be right... if you compare the usa to other western standard countries the usa has the highest death ratio from diseases and injuries that could have easily been avoided
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@Milkshake No this hospital was in America and not in Somalia but nice try. Waiting 9 hours is horrible regardless, waiting years on a waitlist for surgery is also equally terrible, another thing that was happening with entirely free healthcare.

Regardless, even though there may be valid points on the pro side of free healthcare while delighting in other's suffering who happen to mention the very valid consequences of free health care is just part of being a nasty human being.

Part of narcissism when you can't take in all of the argument to only focus on YOUR viewpoint, yuck 🤢
if you compare the usa to other western standard countries the usa has the highest death ratio from diseases and injuries that could have easily been avoided
Yeah, easily could be avoided if you didn't sit on your butt all day long and eat the SAD while being diabetic, not taking care of yourself and then going to the hospital to make others pay for your bad habits. Other countries don't have our obesity levels, something you fail to mention dear.
Milkshake · F
@SatanBurger oh my dear... you sound really angry cause someone is offering you some info outside of your little bubble. maybe you even get to understand it eventually... friendo

@Milkshake
maybe you even get to understand it eventually
Projection, you have a serious problem with not wanting to understand your opponents, therefore you understand nothing while accusing me of it but it's really you that lacks it. You can't understand anything if you don't have true empathy to begin with.

I understand full well there's pros to universal healthcare. What I'm calling you out on, is delighting in other's suffering solely because they don't agree with all the pros of free healthcare and have very valid points due to other's experiences or other massive problems with the position that you support.

It's manipulative to expect that ALL benefit from your position and it's also a very stupid position to assume.

@SatanBurger This is an indictment on the American healthcare system. Sad that this happens in a wealthy, Western nation.
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@chrisCA Nah, people could simply eat better and not be chronic excusers of everything they've done in life. Where universal healthcare is important, is probably people in poverty who have cancer or may lose their homes. That is a very important aspect to free healthcare.
chrisCA · M
@SatanBurger No one here believes it is free. It is a mattet of priorities of what citizens want their taxes spent on.
