For four years, the left insisted that Trump was a fascist dictator. Even people in politics and media echoed this falsehood.

Now we have the Joe Biden administration urging Americans to snitch on their family and friends to the government.

What would Democrats and the media call that.

President Joe Biden’s administration announced their plans to create ways for Americans to report radicalized friends and family to the government, in an effort to fight domestic terrorism.

In a conversation with reporters, one senior administration official explained the importance of stopping politically fueled violence before it started.

“We will work to improve public awareness of federal resources to address concerning or threatening behavior before violence occurs,” the official said.

@TexChik Sorry, I have no admissible evidence.

Plus, I put "spying" in quotes deliberately, in part because that's the word Trump used about the Obama administration and his campaign and because it seems like the press and some Democratic members of Congress are doing their own variation of one of Trump's trademark move with that word.

FWIW, I find domestic surveillance pretty troubling, even though I see good reasons for it sometimes.

Politicized surveillance, a la Nixon, Hoover, and allegedly now Obama and Trump, are much more disturbing.

Then again, how do you feel with political domestic terrorism?

The FBI's we don't investigate ideologies, just crimes, rings a little hollow, but it seems like a decent attempt at drawing useful lines.

Trumps own relatives say he lied and cheated. Go read his niece's book. She tells how he was brought up to take advantage of sheep like you and use the government's money to make more. He will lie and cheat his own family. He only believes in money.

@Budwick I believe I said on this post. "All politics are dirty".its been that way since Nixon got caught. I choose the lesser of two evils. Biden will attempt to clean up our environment. He screwed up. He tried to shut down the gasoline first when he should have created the clean jobs first and then when that was in place, then shut down the polluting methods such as gasoline.
