I was hoping she would grow in to the position as she became more aware of how the sausage gets made. I don't think that's happened. She's said some things lately that have no basis in legislative reality. Which is her job. So I'm still sensing that it's not as much about implementation as it is about emotion. That might fire up those who support her but it means nothing legislatively. There are no magic wands.
