Strictly unidentified. If it was a plane it was motionless and stayed in the same spot for an hour. Stars don’t shine in the daytime. And weather balloons drift. To this day I still have no idea what that was.
Years later, similar phenomena just outside of Vegas. Stars in the daytime that rose up past the mountains and then just stopped.
