When the whole country gets free, high speed internet, Will we get net neutrality and the right to encrypted communication with that?

Should people be permitted to have truly private conversation over the internet? Doesn't the high tech-ness simply upstage my right to privacy? Or was that National Security?

You're mixing stuff up.

You can have encrypted conversations today. WhatsApp, and most similar applications support end-to-end encryption.

@LvChris If the Obama, now Biden plan is implemented, we may soon be rid of the duopoly (cable/phone) companies.
