Why is technology so terrible in 2021? It seemed better years ago

Every time I watch the news now every interview they do looks like it's being done over a choppy skype call from 2010. Even 5 years ago it seemed like the quality was much better, even if the interview was being done from a remote studio...

I'm sure you understand not everyone has access to Broadband. Not to worry, President Biden's plan, includes money to make Broadband available to everyone.

Looks like you missed the plan, when it was presented to a GOP Congress by President Obama's team, and promptly rejected.
