@Crazywaterspring my bad-. I used the Australia example where cash for guns worked, but you don't try. Very different. Libs won't try.

@Stopmakingsense No Australia's cash for guns didn't work as there was already a decline when it went on anyways. There was a decline in [b]accidental[/b] gun deaths.
