Are most of the houses in the suburbs really owner occupied

All the mausoleum like calm is broken only by the occasional dog walker and work on the properties, like gutter cleaning, painting or lawn "care" at extreme decibels - and this began years ago before covid-Is the population always at work?

I have a theory on Celebration next to Kissimmee. It's a real-life Stepford town and no one there is real to begin with. The streets are all winding because they take interminably lost drivers and turn them into new "residents." If you've ever been, you know.
