The DemoCRAPs put things in place for their cronies under the premise that it is for a liberal cause but if you read the details it is all bull. The real problem is that there are DemoCRAPS and Dumbocrats. The DemoCraps are the ones making horrible policy and the Dumbocrats are the ones blindly following them.
