Should the GOP just change their name to the Honky Tonks?
Seems fitting these days. It's a shame - I used to agree with much of their platform. Now it all seems to be white nationalism.

I'm sad, too. I've never aligned as a Republican but I've always respected the party to a healthy degree. I think this started well before Trump, who brought a gasoline tanker to a slow-burning fire. But agency that uses fear as it's ruler is bound to fail.
I'm a Democrat, but I don't want [i]only[/i] the Democrats in power. We'd all do well to remember the tale of Narcissus. I hope the GOP climbs its way to a new respectable height, but it's going to take a few generations and they're doing nothing to expedite the process.
