Should the GOP just change their name to the Honky Tonks?

Seems fitting these days. It's a shame - I used to agree with much of their platform. Now it all seems to be white nationalism.

@Jeffrey53 OK. But just having different opinions doesn't mean they're all correct. Here's an example. Covid is real and climate change exists. One party believes in those things and their efforts transcends party. It's about everyone. One plays them down, or calls them hoaxes, SOLELY due to party. You don't think politicians really feel that way, do you? They're smarter than that. But they use their position to drum up anger and dismissal, despite it not being in the best interest of their voters. Big difference.
