Universal Health Care is a right.

Must be the American system that's causing all the covid problems in places like India now, too, right? We can thank the American system and Donald Trump for getting vaccines produced at lightning speeds. Americans are fully vaccinated while Canadians are doing what they're used to doing under their "health care" system: Waiting and waiting. Or, heading south to the USA.

@graphite Are you being intentionally dense? The reason so many people died in the US specifically is because of the American system. Hell even experts predicted something similar years before if a pandemic ever reached the US.

@graphite Our Federal Government has also been very slow to get a vaccination program up and running. But a looming election seems to have focused their attention recently and they really need a couple of good scores on the board.
