If only that loudmouth could control her flapping jibs for another day there would not be talk of an appeal. But since she just had to say what was on her mind - that could have prejudiced the jury - you can't unhear a call for violence, especially if it were reminiscent of a year ago.
I hope he gets out on appeal.

@MarmeeMarch I don’t agree with on much but you are correct what Waters said was ridiculous and wrong. But no there is no reason to believe the jury was influenced by anything but the evidence. If you watched the trial it was overwhelming. Plus I believe the jury was instructed not to watch coverage.
@monte3 I have no doubt that this guy is guilty and needs to be locked up forever. My problem is what she said - I dont mind a call for justice but I do mind of bringing up some horrifying memories of the past or a threat of the same. I dont want any room for appeals - but now that that ninny opened her big mouth and said what she said on camera the defense has some wiggle room for an appeal or maybe reducing the sentence.

@MarmeeMarch again I agree, Waters set a new standard for stupidity. And absolutely unnecessary stupidity at that.
