Do you recall being a teen? I was fairly average and I'd have [i]died[/i] if you told me I had to disrobe for strangers. Or worse, a teacher/instructor. Matters little - this would not be upheld by higher courts, I'm betting.
These bills are being bandied about when this hasn't been an issue even one time, and the numbers are against it being anything but a rarity. But an entire faction of this country wants ignore infrastructure, healthcare and gun violence to make sure Lisa is a girl. Got it.

I think ppl on both ends of the liberal-conservative spectrum push what their base wants.
How we have allowed our national & state legislatures to NOT deal with gun violence, or the too-dearly-bought healthcare, or even doing the dull annual work to keep transportation, communication, and other infrastructure safe, secure, etc., is beyond me.
But conservatives have some issues to be addressed, as do liberals.
Of course they don't want to deal with questions where they have no answers, no solutions, no alternatives... It's a side-effect of being "the party of 'No' " for too long.

@SomeMichGuy I just wish I didn't feel these restrictive laws where an ill-thought attempt maintain the feeling of control. It's absolutely true that both sides have their darling issues. I just wish citizens weren't being mistreated while we hash it all out. I also believe we should really stop legislating by biblical passage.
