New pro-cop propaganda just dropped

Citizen, are you prepared to learn about another excuse the cops thought up that makes it okay when they kill you?

i guess the lefties won't be happy until there are no more police. i mean, who in their right mind would want to literally put their life on the line for low pay, waning public support (thanks, lefties) and the potential to be charged with murder when accidentally shooting a thug who was wanted on an armed robbery charge. and to top it all off, once there are no more police, they'd love nothing more than to take away your only means self protection. this is what they call progress.
NoahB · 26-30, M
@boudinMan lol define low pay with numbers please
@boudinMan Low pay? low public support? Perhaps there is a reason they don't have public support. In a single month in 2020 US cops managed to kill more people in one month then the British police killed in an entire century. And charged with murder? Citation needed. If anything police in the US can murder people will impunity. I guess you would prefer to live in a place like Saudi Arabia where just about anything can result in execution. Because you are functionally justifying extra judicial executions. Sounds like you would be real pals with the likes of Pinochet.

@NoahB here's an idea... why don't you research it on your own?
NoahB · 26-30, M
@boudinMan lol I know how much cops make I want to see if you do
boudinMan · 61-69, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow in this particular case, she was charged with manslaughter, but there's no doubt in my mind (from reading the posts here) that libs would love to see her put on trial for murder.

the fact of the matter is that it is awfully easy to not get shot by police. you can argue it all you want, but any sensible person knows this.
@boudinMan So what? The chances of them being convicted of anything is literally zero. You like to pretend like cops are being locked up for doing their jobs which is just a bullshit persecution fantasy. In reality cops in the US are functionally above the law.

Actually that is bullshit. You are just spouting off an opinion with nothing to back it up and there are literally years of evidence proving exactly the opposite.

But then again I suppose you think a lethal game of Simon Says and a police state is a good thing.
@boudinMan And if it is true that someone "accidentally" mistook a taser for a gun in that case gross incompetence is yet another reason not to give them a pass.
boudinMan · 61-69, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow it amazes me how you leftists consistently come down on the side of the criminal. it is clear from watching and listening to the video that she made a mistake. instead of giving her the benefit of the doubt in what was a very tense situation, you can always count on lefties to side with the bad guy.
@boudinMan Lol. Says the guy who thinks a badge is a license to do whatever the hell you want including kill someone without consequences.

Again, a "mistake" resulting from clearly gross incompetence is not an excuse to justify negligent homicide. But I guess to you a badge magically makes the law not apply.

Sounds like you are the one supporting criminality. And it is easy to blame a corpse.

Sounds like a fascist police state is your ideal paradise.
boudinMan · 61-69, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow you make lots of assumptions, besides siding with known criminals over the police, who make their living trying to protect you and others.
@boudinMan That is cute coming from you. You are the one blaming a corpse and saying a brass plated piece of tin is a license to commit murder with impunity.

And I suppose you think any random crime justifies extra judicial executions?

Whats next? Firing squads for traffic violations?

The fact is police in the US are a danger to the public more often then not and are about subjugating people not protecting them. "Protect and Serve" is demonstrably an empty slogan.
@boudinMan I suppose you think Jacob Blake was just "accidentally" shot 7 times in the back by police too?
NoahB · 26-30, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow thats just it. its getting so infuriating given these same excuses for excessive police violence over and over and over again.
boudinMan · 61-69, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow and you'll only be happy when thugs run rampant, attacking people, and committing all sorts of heinous crimes while the police run for cover because they've been unarmed; or instead of police, we'll just send a social worker/psychologist to figure out why the thug is a thug in the first place. all to satisfy the lefts' ideal of a 'just society' where no one pays a price for their actions.
NoahB · 26-30, M
@boudinMan ah yes. the classic "the cops are basically all batman and the only thing saving us from descending into chaos" excuse.
boudinMan · 61-69, M
@NoahB apparently, in your world, the joker is the one saving us.
NoahB · 26-30, M
@boudinMan in my world i understand that the joker and batman are fictional characters
@boudinMan The only thugs I see are the ones you are making excuses for. A uniform doesn't change that.

And you are even more simple minded if you can't figure out the benefit of preventing crime in the first place. And news flash, this might surprise you but economic crime has economic roots. Crime doesn't happen in a vacuum. But then you live in a comic book with comic book villains and idolize thugs because you fetishise a uniform and bow unquestioningly to authority.

I may be a lefty but I also come from a family of military and police so I grew up expecting a bare minimum of professionalism. Instead all I see is street thugs in fancy outfits.
boudinMan · 61-69, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow again, you side with the thug, not the law enforcement officer.

you're the one making excuses... for a thug wanted on a robbery charge who could have and should have obeyed the police. if he had, no one would have been killed. it's the simple things that escape you and your leftist friends.
boudinMan · 61-69, M
@NoahB is that why you brought it up?
@boudinMan @boudinMan Again says the guy claiming a badge makes you above the law and gives you a license to kill.

You are the one making an excuse for a veteran cop who supposedly "panicked" like a police academy rookie and executed someone by "mistake".

Wow. I did not realize right wingers were such sheep. Just do what you are told without question or die. That seems reasonable. 🤦‍♀️
NoahB · 26-30, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow very sheep like attributes on display here.
"Do not scrutinize the police in any way citizen."
"Without them to shepard us we would be but lost lambs to fend for ourselves against the wolves"
boudinMan · 61-69, M
@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow i never made any such claim, but i understand your need to literally make shit up. the one who made the biggest mistake was the thug, whom you side with. he had a warrant out for his arrest. the best thing to do in that situation is give up and face the consequences. in your world, it’s best to not comply with the police. do i have that right?
@boudinMan Lol. Now you are running away from your own positions and claiming I put words in your mouth.

Again. The one making excuses for murder is you. Not me.

You apparently live in a magical world where cops always get it right, corruption doesn't exist and anyone who is executed by the cops deserved to dies. That is the kind of mentality that thrives in a police state where people are "disappeared".

A police badge should not be a license to commit crimes all the way up to murder. Bet you have an excuse for everything.
