Law enforcement reaction time in times of crisis.

It took for ever for law enforcement support to turn up to the US Capitol when it was under attack from Republican terrorists who were invading the capitol and threatening to kill recently yet it took no time at all for the national guard to be called out to quell black unrest after an innocent man was shot and killed by police during a routine traffic stop.

The difference between being black or white in America is considerable.

@graphite stopping people is fine but the police are lacking communication skills which is what is causing the problem in the first place.

If a person wants to know why police want them to step out of their car then why can’t police tell them. The only reason I would see it as necessary would be for a sobriety test if the person had been driving erratically in their vehicle.
