Law enforcement reaction time in times of crisis.

It took for ever for law enforcement support to turn up to the US Capitol when it was under attack from Republican terrorists who were invading the capitol and threatening to kill recently yet it took no time at all for the national guard to be called out to quell black unrest after an innocent man was shot and killed by police during a routine traffic stop.

The difference between being black or white in America is considerable.

While I agree the law enforcement response is completely disproportionate and wrong headed in both cases I also think the National Guard is the wrong call in both cases. Infantry are designed to do one of two things: break shit, or kill people. Sending in the national guard to do police work is literally how Kent State happened.
