Honestly wasn’t so sure about this whole ‘force the vote’ stuff

I was of the mind that if you “voted blue no matter who” we’d just end up with a bunch on conservative democrats. Which did happen and wouldn’t make a difference, right?

But now I’m looking at it in a different light. Bernie “forced the vote” on a minimum wage increase and a bunch of the conservative democrats had to vote no on it. And people are (rightfully) pissed at them.

In my particular neck of the wood, Senator Sinema made a point of doing a cutesy little hip pop with her chocolate cake in hand as she gleefully voted ‘no’ on the minimum wage increase and then bounced away. And people are pissed at that. it was so bad, She now faces a legitimate threat of in the primaries from the left. I was actually suprised at that level of backlash. And here I was, starting to think the Democratic voter base was just going to morph into blue maga. Hahaha
