@whowasthatmaskedman might not be well thought out, but the impact of the EOs from state governments the unreliable information and actions at the federal level has not done much for the people whose lives are on the edge because of the pandemic and the fall out from it.
And being that people are hurting and are showing signs of that;! It’s not necessarily a bad thing, these Governors are doing this because with people you push them so far under any number of guises as is being done now, a heavy price in backlash might come to pass if these state governors don’t open the human relief valves.

@pianoplayingsteve Yes....Exactly.....Unfortunately the virus doesnt give a crap how the bills are piling up or how hungry people are. Any place people gather and cant or wont take distance and PPE precautions is where the virus will spread. Now I cant help if half a million deaths isnt enough to convince you. I have just returned from having coffee in a shopping centre food court with my wife. The centre lost maybe 6 or 7 stores while we were in lockdown and the rest are hurting, some very badly. But no one died, and we dont have Covid here, BECAUSE we locked down and these people have a chance to get back on their feet. We are still where masks by law..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman the second our government temporarily lifted the lockdown, everyone went back to normal life including those who would post about how bad the virus is. You could go to a restaurant but you had to wear a mask when walking to the table...only to take it off when seated. I’d argue people who did that are more scared of the government.
In my country, a private teacher cannot have a student come to their house for a lesson, but he can go to the student’s house to teach even if the student’s room is exactly the same as the room he is not allowed to teach in back at his home.
Another thing that doesn’t care about bills piling up are politicians who will continue to be paid an needlessly high salary regardless of who they force out of work.
I’d also suggest we stop all alcohol related deaths by banning all alcohol and all car crash deaths by banning all cars, by your logic. Or how about we just hide in our bedrooms covered in bubble wrap. I can’t believe you’ve gone out for coffee despite their being a deadly virus about.

This pandemic and the riots are an absolute gold mine for anyone interested in how populations are co erced into following authority or the mob against their better judgment. Look up the details on what sort of masks protect you from what, using a guide made before 2020...
