D.C. Police chief says "militia groups" want to blow up Capitol Building at Biden's State of the Union and kill as many members as possible

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Pretty much, that constant rhetoric of a "stolen, fraudulent election" worked well in his favor because now he has plenty of supporters who believe it and want to cause violence because they think the election was stolen from Trump.

@SW-User Even though the Republican Senators and Reps were hiding under desks, etc, they are now saying it wasn't as bad as what the whole world witnessed. Maybe next time one of them will be killed, then, just maybe they will change their minds.

@JeanAnna True, and I was a fool to believe that most of them would likely change their mind enough to stop pushing this idea that Biden didn't win the election, and viewing Trump as this person who could never do wrong after that angry mob he incited almost got to them.

@SW-User I've never understood why anyone would ever be on Trump's side, even from the very beginning most logical people could see right through him, that he is a con man and is only out for himself and his family and nothing has changed.

@JeanAnna Sadly I think if some of them were killed they would just invent some heroic martyrdom story. Reality doesn't matter. These are the same people who still claim Heather Hayer died of a heart attack to absolve the fascists at the Unite the Right rally in Charlottleville.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow You're exactly right. They will twist the facts to benefit Trump and his minions. I'm just hoping that Trump will be indicted for his crimes, if nothing else...tax evasion. The biggest mobster of all times...Al Capone, went to prison for tax evasion. Hopefully they can get Trump on something and send his rotten being to prison. I know...that's probably wishful thinking, but I never thought he would lose the election...and yet he LOST big time. lol
