D.C. Police chief says "militia groups" want to blow up Capitol Building at Biden's State of the Union and kill as many members as possible

If this is true this would have or should have been brought to the attention of any number of Federal agencies that could move on what he chief alleges.
And given there are NG personnel still there, then if the above is true, these people would be directly in harm’s way and their superiors would be preparing them to respond as appropriate. Hopefully
Nothing occurs.
