They THINK they are - thing is - cali operates SO far in the red that without fed dollars they could NEVER support themselves...

We had that problem with Greece in Europe - always bailing them out!

Cali even tried printing it's own state IOU's a few years ago - even WITH federal dollars they still overspend so ridiculously....the IOU's were laughed out of existence - none if the crediting co's/perveyors would take them

The affirdable care act is 2700 single spaced pages....it SOUNDS serious - but wholly and woefully logistically impossible to implement and economically disasterous....

Nice guitar man....i REALLY miss my guitars....been helping a septugenarian friend resettle after his homecwas destroyed in a freak accident.....didn't think it was gonna take this long so i didn't carry an axe with me...
