@Kwek00 Norway is only a tiny margin richer that America.. Whoever, the wealth is way more evenly spread among the citizens. Now if we take just California.. That state alone is WAY richer than Norway..Poor old Norway.. Not a single Kardashian.. How do they get by???😷

@whowasthatmaskedman I believed Norway has a big national interest in their natural riches? While in the US most of it is privatised. So Norway, as a state, is way richer.

@Kwek00 Thats true.But the GNP per capita is very similar. So a redistribution would only be a matter of taxation to put Americans on a par with Norwegians for Services to the public. And interesting side light being that Norwegians are someohow determined to be the happiest nation on earth.

@whowasthatmaskedman I honestly don't know, I have to look this up. But I thought the Norwegian state just makes a lot of money because they (patially) own the exploitation of their natural resources. So they just get revenue from them which pays for a lot of their state expenditures? When it comes to income, I thought the state was doing pretty well even without the taxations.

@Kwek00 It really doesnt matter if the enterprise is state run or corporate. Its all about how the government spends the profits. Taxing the rich or direct earnings is simply how you get the money. The choice to buy a couple of supercarriers or pay for your kids university education is the choice.😷

@whowasthatmaskedman Hey, I'm all for redistibution. I'm just saying you have to watch out when you take Norway as an example because I believe they were in a special situation. But again, I have to look it up.

@Kwek00 Ineed. Norway is in a special situation. More comparable to some of the Arab Oil producers. And doing a way better job for their people.😷
