So, I think it's the right call. It was a lawsuit that doesn't have any legs and is an expenditure we don't need.

We have more pressing & urgent issues atm.

I am white, but I was admitted to Yale and earned my MBA there anyway. Selectivity shouldn't be mistaken for discrimination.
