I saw a couple months back that California was now 62% illegal immigrants that are being allowed to vote by gov brown , Now if those votes are excluded by our election system as there suppose to be ,does that mean trump won California?

It was actually in a story in the news a couple months back, the story also talked about how the rich was leaving the state (and moving to austin texas) because of gov brown's tax policies
