Freedom of Speech is gone in America

Prepare for Communism. WE saw it when Twitter and Facebook limited our speech. WE saw it when they deleted President Trump and now they are onto us again.

I am a supporter of President Trump. I saw the warnings that people were being booted from Youtube, Twitter and Facebook along with other sites. I followed along and saw that many accounts were posting memes in order to get around the bots that these sites were putting up. People on these sites were also planning on putting up duplicate profiles to go around the ban.

Remember that Jack Dorsey and dumbass Mark Zuckerberg said they were NOT censoring or banning differences of opinion. bull crap.

Around election time, I posted my thoughts on Facebook in a few posts-nothing incendiary. During inauguration, I posted my thoughts about the election results. I was immediately in jail. I sent a link to a website to a friend in messenger and was banned. First the email said until Jan 23rd then indefinitely and now I am banned until Jan 23rd.

I can remove friends, unfollow people and view and that is all I can do. Last night, I found jewelry at our mailboxes and I was unable to contact anyone on messenger or post on the HOA group about the jewelry and where they can find it.

If you think this is right, you are delusional. I have removed my profile from Twitter, Apple removed the platform Parler and I will be posting less on Facebook

We are in serious times.

The First amendment still protects you from Government censorship, it never entitled you to a platform.

Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from accountability for said speech either.

Besides how could you tell private companies they don't have the right to take your content down without becoming even more tyrannical than the companies who shut it down in the first place?

it's their product, they invented it. And honestly how would you feel if the government told you you couldn't kick a drifter out of your house for saying all kinds of disrespectful things about you?

Because youd esssentially be saying constitutional rights trump Property rights.

@akindheart but conservatives aren't being censored. they're being told to stop lying about the election being stolen because it incites violence. you're still free to think and spread whatever vile opinion you want, just not incite violence.

My post is about freedom of speech. you can come to the conclusion that I voted for Trump and that Facebook does not support Trump but to pick and choose what we are allowed to say is wrong. As long as i am respectful, i should have the right to disagree. Did i threaten anyone? no. andI certainly didn't incite violence.
