Trump clearly exhibits all four traits and behaviors. Treatment is not often successful, because malignant narcissists believe they are smarter than any doctor or psychiatrist, and do not recognize that they even have a problem. Trump will be a malignant narcissist until the day he dies. It is important that he be convicted through the impeachment process and prevented from running for any federal office in the future.
