They should at least earn the minimum hourly wage.

Commissions are paid incentives.. so they are taxable..
The irs says that i can give a tax free gift of up to ten thousand dollars each year to anyone i like..
My tip is a gift from me to the server and so it should be tax free

@SW-User Tips are not "gifts" or at least they weren't when American's still had a decent work ethic. TIP: [b]T[/b]o [b]I[/b]nsure [b]P[/b]romptness. I've always thought it insane to TAX commission at such ridiculously high, flat rates
