Money, Politics and Democracy. Your thoughts?

I continue to be shocked at the amount of money that's involved in USA politics. It borders on the obscene to me.
"Money talks" it seems and without it ... what?

I'd go so far as to say the US political system exists solely to feed the interests of the wealthy. Like just look at the covid19 response. Every single American was just bugs on a windshield to their government.

@CountScrofula That was heartbreaking. Dr Fauci tried his best to inform and educate the administration; unfortunately to no avail. Their ignorance, defiance and incompetency will go down notoriously in history.
