I had a boss once who due to incompetence and bullying was forced to retire (she was 65). When she ledt she destroyed all the files and paperwork so the next person had a terrible time. i think he'll do somethimg like that.
@Raine One newspaper is already reporting he used to tear-up records of things that then had to be taped together by staff for record-keeping purposes.
