@Nimbus Well before Trump you were seen as a leader in the World. Now, you are seen as divisive and your politics are toxic. No-one ever thinks you owe the World, but you were the leaders in so many fields.
The CDC would normally lead the World in the covid-19 fight, but it is nowhere to be seen.

@Zeusdelight Politics is toxic in a lot of places .. and a lot of those looking down on the US are from countries standing in line with their hands out for our aid. More worried about fixing what's wrong here for its own sake .. than over whatever TF others think of us.

@666Maggotz Exactly .. but louder of late tbh. Life isn't so wonderful in those other places either, or there would be fewer of them trying to come here even whole laughing at us publicly

@Stillwaiting there are also a lot of better countries too. 🤷♀️ A lot of people also don’t want to come to the US and they tend to be the most critical.
