Why does the left hate free speech and why do so many people let attacks on free speech slide?

What we had yesterday was a coordinated attack on free speech. Notice how Twitter bans Trump, Facebook, Instagram and Twitch freeze his accounts and Youtube bans Steve Bannons podcast and remove Parler an alternative pro free speech network from the android app store?

People say "Trump in cited riots". Yet these same social media companies did nothing to remove hate speech from the left. If you dont believe me type the words "white people" into the twitter search box and see what comes up.

@AbbySvenz The problem with that is there is a let wing monopoly on social media so when you say they have the right to host whatever they want and go create your own platforms then you do and they kick Parler off the app store then what? Thats an undeniable censorship and an assault on free speech.

Using the platforms to sow misinformation, incite violence, and encourage others to do so violates said platform’s terms of service. You do that, they kick you off. Why is this such a difficult concept to grasp?

@ghostofapu Google has the right to kick whatever it wants from the app store. Twitter can block or delete any account it wishes.
