Because that's "Gloria" by Laura Branigan, the song that played just before Trump went on.
If you are going to watch the entire footage of the speeches during the rally, between Rudi Giuliannis' speech and Trumps' speech there is almost an hour. And the album that is playing is on repeat, because it plays Journey (don't stop believin) and Laura Branigan (Gloria) twice in that entire time frame before Trump went on. After that he gave a speech that is 1 hour and almost 20 minutes long. Then the march started towards the capitol and +/- 10-20 minutes later people breached up the stairs.
