Did Donald Trump commit an act of Terrorism

It is pretty obvious he did, but all his blind cult followers, will not disavow what happened yesterday.

I am not really sure how he did. Even if you can describe the storming of the Capitol as terrorist event, Trump didn't actually take part in it and to my knowledge he didn't tell anyone to go and do it. I am all for criticising Trump for things he's actually done wrong but I don't see how this particular charge can stick.
