@helenS It's just pissed off people that listened to a 1 hour and 20 minute tirade a few hours ago. I listened too... you can't have a demagogue holding an angry rant and think people won't be pissed off after that.

@helenS Yes, that doesn't make it "a coup". Lots of pissed off people, hight tension, tribal emotions... ratio is far away right now.

To a certain degree, the national guard or who ever is going to try to clear the capitol, should keep their cool. The worst thing they can do is use violent means and make it worst.

@Kwek00 Well, Trump has just given his blessing for the national guard to be brought in. Not only did he cause this, he also waited to intervene. This is nothing more than an ego trip for Trump.

@helenS Well, they are going to be deployed apperently according to BBC World and Trumps' spokeswoman Kayleigh. What ever they do, I hope they keep their cool.

@helenS If you protest, there is always some person that fucks it up for everyone. But in this case, you didn't only protest, you let a demagogue rally these people up to a boiling point and now well... this is the result. 🤷‍♂️
