Is the European Union a failure or still evolving?

Eh, it's a mix. I think the biggest problem with it is the whole common currency thing except with limited economic integration. If the EU wants to flourish, it needs to facilitate the flow of resources into less developed countries internally, sort of like the US does with its states. And honestly, I don't think it's prepared to do that. Still, I'm interested in seeing PESCO play out.
