@Driver2 Book yourself a trip once this shit settles down. It'll be good for you to broad your horizons, see all the ways europeans have it figured out better - and a few that they don't.
My family EU base is in Czechia, but that country is a bit rustic outside of Prague. Italy is great for a first time visit. Croatia makes for a great summer beach getaway. Switzerland if you have a bit of extra money and want to become permanently depressed about the state of your home country (not EU, but Shengen).
