It's a confirmed failure. Where they went wrong was aiming for a United States of Europe with a single currency. Will never work. Had they stuck to the common market principle all would have been good. Unfortunately the German mentality won through and they're now trying to take over Europe for the third time in just over a hundred years. The UK leaving is just the beginning of the process of dismantling the current system. I think Italy may well be next.

@1954zebedee than you know more about than most of us here .I don’t know but I don’t see European countries ,after all these years simply melting together. Forming an alliance of some kind maybe but that’s it
